A luxurious all-inclusive resort in Turks & Caicos is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the upkeep and functionality of the property.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment, guest rooms, and public areas are in top condition, while overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working in the Caribbean or tropical environments

• Team leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
