Head of Bars & Retail – Large Scale Venue, London, £65k + Bonus

I am working with a super versatile large scale London venue who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars & Retail to take the lead on all bar and food retail operations across their multiple F&B outlets.

The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi-faceted or complex site, have a hands-on approach and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an ambitious individual with bags of personality and amazing customer service skills!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to ensure all operations are running smoothly
• Drive the implementation of new and innovative strategies
• Establish and maintain high standard of staff performance and exceptional customer service
• Communicate changes in processes to all relevant teams
• Ensuring on site budget targets are being met
• Training and development of the team
• Perform quality controls and monitor team KPI’s & performance

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operation
• Experience working within a high-volume wet-led venue
• A strong leader, confident managing large teams
• P&L and revenue management
• Lots of personality and charisma
• Passionate about customer service
