About the Role:
As Regional Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading operations across a cluster of high-performing QSR sites, driving team development, operational excellence, and business performance.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role offers the opportunity to grow into senior leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple QSR sites across Riyadh.
• Drive operational standards, ensuring exceptional customer experience and commercial success.
• Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver key KPIs around sales, profit, and team performance.
