Restaurant General Manager 

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Location: NYC

I am collaborating a prominent establishment in the culinary world, known for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service, who is currently seeking an General Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Recruitment of team members.
  
  Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
• Development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager with a upscale, high volume restaurant
• Strong people management and development skills
• Solid Negotiation and Mediation skills
• Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
