Resort Manager - German speaker
Location: Marbella
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional ready to take on an exciting leadership role?

We are seeking a dedicated Resort Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth management of a hospitality accommodation property.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the residence, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Handle property operations, including staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and guest or resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain a seamless and welcoming environment.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in managing accommodation properties, hotels, or residences.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a focus on service excellence.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Communicative German is a must
