I am working with a smaller, emerging, and growing company that is looking for an outstanding General Manager to come on board and help move the business forward.

It's already doing really well, but there is so much more potential with the right General Manager.

This will be the second site in South London, with the first in North London—so you must live in South London. 

They are all about creating fantastic drinks and serving them in a fun, feel good and welcoming environment! Think of a cool venue, with events, music, food, drinks and so much going on from day to day to week to week, this is a creative business.  

Ideally you will be looking to start early 2024 and the client is keen on someone that is based in North London 

The Ideal General manager will have…. 

• Previous wet bed bar management experience - events experience is a big bonus 

• Current experience as General Manager in a dynamic, high-volume environment 

• Strong Cocktail Knowledge….
  
  And passion! 

• Strong financial understanding! 

• A Fun, hands on and Confident personality! this is not a brand where wallflowers will flourish! This is also about the team members having fun while they work! 

• Personal Licence holder
