Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations across multiple client sites.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet service expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Senior Operations or Director role within soft services ideally cleaning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
