• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier food quality.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency to uphold the property’s culinary reputation.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a strong kitchen team to deliver excellence.
• Handle budgeting, inventory, and cost control to keep operations efficient.
• Monitor financial performance to meet or exceed targets.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience running kitchen operations at an Executive Chef level, while maintaining top-quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and growing a high-performing culinary team.
• Skilled in menu planning, cost management, and upholding the club’s reputation for excellence.
• Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene, ensuring a safe and compliant kitchen.
