As Track Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our karting track’s daily operations.

From managing staff and ensuring safety to maintaining karts and creating an unbeatable customer experience, your leadership will be key to our success.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily track operations, ensuring smooth and safe running of all races
• Lead, train, and schedule a team of track marshals and support staff
• Ensure all karts and track equipment are properly maintained and serviced
• Enforce safety protocols and respond to on-track incidents professionally
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving any issues efficiently
• Work closely with the events team to run corporate, group, and special race days
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Report on performance, incidents, and maintenance to senior management

 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role (experience in leisure, motorsport, or hospitality is a plus)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
• A hands-on approach with mechanical aptitude (basic kart or vehicle maintenance experience ideal)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
