You would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business with a strong focus on client retention & satisfaction, business and team development, leadership, P&L analysis, and operational planning.

What we are looking for..

• Proven experience in QSR, fast-casual restaurant management or retail experience.
• Results-driven - motivated by performance-based rewards and growth opportunities.
• Strong understanding of financials,including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and building teams from the ground up.
• Willingness to put in the time and effort required to turn around or build up a location.
