Requirements: 

• Minimum 5+ years in a Director of Food & Beverage role 
• Expereince in Forbes 5 star hotels 
• Deep understanding of international service standards and multicultural teams
• Financially savvy with strong budgeting and forecasting experience
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Must be a citizen of the United States or Canada

Previous island or remote location experience is a strong asset
