ServiceNow Process Architect - Order Managment

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Process Architect to join our client in the UAE.

This role is critical in designing and governing the overarching process architecture, ensuring consistency and alignment across multiple business processes.

The ideal candidate will have direct, hands-on experience with a ServiceNow Order Management implementation and the ability to drive process excellence across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design the end-to-end process architecture, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment across multiple ServiceNow processes.
- Lead the process strategy for Order Management, integrating it seamlessly with related business areas.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure ongoing process compliance and optimisation.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout implementation, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory standards.
- Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to embed process excellence.

Requirements

- Proven track record as a ServiceNow Process Architect, including experience in Order Management implementations.
- Strong expertise in process design, governance, and cross-process alignment in enterprise-scale environments.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles, service management, and order-to-cash processes.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels, bridging the gap between business and technology teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Order Management, ITSM) are highly desirable.
