My client is an incredible restaurant operating across the USA.

They have an amazing reputation in the culinary world and is looking to expand their team.

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their beautiful location in Nashville.

Sous Chef responsibilities:

• Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
• Creates dishes to meet customer preferences, seasonal variances, and cost objectives
• Implements and maintains routine cleaning procedures
• Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with HACCP
• Support and inspire the team in all areas to ensure ongoing development
• Must be knowledgeable of Department of Health regulations and standards
• Ensures team member practices comply with standards

Ideal Sous Chef:

• Experience within a Sous Chef or similar leadership position
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High volume kitchen experience a must.
• Quality is the most important to you!
• You are a well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire the team around you
