Head Chef, Italian Cuisine – Up to $100k – Vancouver, BC

We’re partnering with an exciting hospitality group based in the Vancouver area with vibrant concepts across the city! They Italian concept is now looking for a Head Chef to join their team, reporting directly to the Culinary Director, you will be running all in-house kitchen operations!

Head Chef requirements:

• Proven experience running full scale kitchen operations at a Head Chef level
• Butchery experience is a must!
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Energetic, hands-on presence in the kitchen
• Strong knowledge of all operational aspects – Labor, P&L, forecasting, inventory, etc!
