Restaurant Manager – New York, NY – Up to $65k

We are working with a high-energy casual restaurant that’s a local favorite! We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team.

You will be reporting to the General Manager and rotate between two locations.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and ensure service in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-energy, casual full service dining environment.
• Expertise in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and service standards.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and a place people will want to return!
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
