The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Reception Manager to join a brand-new, luxury Italian restaurant launching in London.

This role will be heavily influenced by a Maitre’d-style service approach, with a strong presence on the floor, building guest relationships and setting the tone for world-class hospitality.

As the first point of contact, you will lead the guest journey from the moment they book to the moment they leave, ensuring seamless service, a warm welcome, and unforgettable experiences.

You’ll play a key role in training and guiding the host team and supporting the wider management in establishing this opening as one of London’s top dining destinations.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a high-end or fine-dining environment
• Strong guest-facing presence, confident and service-obsessed
• Ability to manage high-profile guests & VIPs
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a reception/host team
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation platforms
• New opening experience preferred but not essential
• Calm, organised, warm and professional under pressure
• Someone passionate about delivering Italian-style hospitality with charm and grace
