An exclusive luxury resort in Cyprus is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its signature dining venues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team in a luxury environment.

Your Experience


  • Minimum 4 years’ management experience in a fine dining or luxury resort restaurant
  • Proven track record in team leadership and achieving financial results
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; Greek or another European language is an advantage
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the EU

Your Responsibilities


  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing service team
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency, quality, and innovation
  • Lead pre-service briefings and ensure team members uphold brand standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, stock levels, and supplier relationships
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenue
  • Ensure all operations comply with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
