Head Bartender / Bar Manager – Private Members Club
Salary: £34,000 + Service Charge (~£12k per year)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate bar professional to join a lovely private members club in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 6 bartenders and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee staff rotas, stock management, and ordering.
• Deliver training and mentorship to bartenders, ensuring service excellence.
• Supervise, support and lead the team.
• Some late-night shifts on weekends will be required as the venue operates late.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience behind the bar as a Head Bartender/Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager in high-quality venues.
• Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage rotas, stock, and training.
