• Prepare and present exceptional sushi and sashimi
• Work with high-quality ingredients like king crab, tuna, and wagyu
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Collaborate with a talented brigade under an experienced Executive Chef
• Structured service with a focus on evenings and late nights

The Ideal Sushi Chef de Partie:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a Japanese restaurant
• Excellent knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi techniques
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and its core philosophies
• Meticulous, calm, and professional under pressure
