Supply Chain Administrator

We're looking for a fast moving, highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing business in Banbury.

This is a newly created role driven by expansion and acquisitions ideal for someone who enjoys pace, problem-solving and taking ownership in a busy, hands-on environment.


You'll work closely with the Supply Chain Team Leader to keep stock flowing, suppliers aligned and internal teams informed playing a key role in maintaining availability and service levels across the business.


What You'll Do



  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders

  • Place orders for forecasted ROP and demand-based products

  • Chase suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries

  • Update system comments, due dates and escalate delivery risks

  • Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations

  • Resolve invoice and non-conforming delivery issues

  • Review back orders and support a 95% availability target


What We're Looking For



  • Previous administration experience

  • Confident communicator, happy picking up the phone

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working at pace and learning new systems quickly

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent communication

Mon-Thurs: 08:30-17:00
Fri: 08:00-15:30
