Wellness Director | Luxury Wellness Club | USD 4,000 to 4,500 Net + Benefits

I am looking for a commercially driven Wellness Director to lead a large-scale wellness and membership operation within a major Eurasian business capital.

The facilities are established and the team is in place.

What is needed now is a strong commercial leader who can drive membership growth, build an executive community, and significantly improve recurring revenue.

This is not a spa-focused operational role.

This is a commercially driven membership leadership position.

Your Experience

• Proven background in premium, membership-driven wellness clubs
• Experience within established international concepts, not small independent gyms
• Strong track record in driving membership growth and recurring revenue
• Experience developing corporate partnerships and executive networks
• Commercially focused and KPI-driven
• Stable career history with minimum two to three years per role
• English and Russian languages are needed.
• Confident leader with cultural awareness

Candidates coming purely from spa-focused hotel roles without strong commercial membership experience will not be considered.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth as the primary KPI
• Develop corporate partnerships and executive-level community engagement
• Position the club as a leading hub for senior professionals
• Implement structured sales and revenue strategies
• Lead and develop the existing wellness and fitness team
• Improve financial performance, reporting and accountability
• Align the club strategy with the wider hotel commercial objectives
