This is a seasonal contract with an immediate start, perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment where excellence is the minimum standard.

The Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the dining floor, ensuring that every guest journey is seamless, sophisticated, and memorable.

You will act as a bridge between the management and the service team, ensuring the highest standards of the Food & Beverage department are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of Waiters/Waitresses, assisting with duty schedules and daily operational tasks.
• Service Standards: Ensure all F&B service techniques and policies are followed consistently to exceed guest expectations.
• Guest Experience: Proactively handle guest requirements, complaints, or concerns with grace and professionalism to ensure total satisfaction.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Leadership & Culture: Foster a harmonious working environment through teamwork, motivation, and a caring approach to staff relations.
• Compliance: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming while ensuring the team adheres to all Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related qualification is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent command of English is essential; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Attributes: A proactive leader who is passionate about luxury service and capable of inspiring a team.
