Salary: £36,000 + service charge

Location: East Sussex

I am currently recruiting for a C&B Manager to join this luxury hotel set in the beautiful setting of the East Sussex countryside.

My client is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to help deliver the most memorable experience for the guests.

• Oversee all conference & banqueting events
• Deliver fantastic service to the guests
• Maintaining high standards at all times
• Managing, training and recruiting the team
• Overseeing the rota
• Work closely with all departments

The successful candidate

• Will have previous C&B management experience in hotels or events
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Well organised with strong communication skills
