A fantastic opportunity to lead a large brigade at a stunning Grade II listed hotel set within 100 acres of parkland.
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a well-established, branded hotel group with genuine career development.
The Venue:
- Stunning listed hotel in the South West
- 150 bedrooms, theatre, spa, and restaurant
- 100 acres of parkland
- Part of a well-known UK hotel and leisure group
The Role:
- Lead a brigade of up to 50 chefs across multiple kitchens
- Manage orders, food stocks, and forecasting against occupancy
- Ensure H&S standards and maintain smooth, effective service
- Create a supportive team culture and challenge standards when required
- Manage costs in line with departmental budgets
The Ideal Head Chef:
- Experience with branded menus and in branded environments
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Passionate about food, service, and team development
