Assistant General Manager - Premium Restaurant Group
Location: Central London
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus bonus

The Role:

• Support the GM in running a high-volume premium restaurant generating circa £10m
• Oversee a large, multifaceted operation across two floors, bar and private dining
• Lead, inspire and develop a large team while maintaining a calm, organised service
• Be highly present on the floor and drive standards during busy services
• Take ownership of performance across service, people and financial delivery

The Person:

• Proven experience in a high-volume premium restaurant environment
• Comfortable operating in businesses turning over £10m+
• Strong bar and restaurant operations background
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and leads from the front
• Detail obsessed, organised and commercially aware
• Commercially you need to be on it with your finances
• Experience within established premium restaurant groups
• New openings exposure would be advantageous
