The culinary operation is broad and fast-paced, with multiple outlets and a style that is quality-driven, relaxed and full of personality.

This is a hands-on role for an Executive Chef who can lead from the front, shape the food culture and bring strong operational control.

THE ROLE

• Lead the full culinary operation across all outlets
• Set the tone for food, standards and kitchen culture
• Oversee service across restaurants, bars, events and in-room dining
• Lead, develop and inspire large teams
• Build calm, organised and high-performing kitchens
• Work closely with senior hotel leadership and front-of-house teams

THE BUSINESS SIDE

• Own food and labour costs across the operation
• Manage purchasing, suppliers and stock effectively
• Review performance and make smart commercial decisions
• Balance creativity with consistency and control

• Deliver food that fits a lifestyle-led luxury brand
• Lead menu development, seasonal changes and special events
• Focus on quality produce, strong technique and flavour
• Create food that feels current, relevant and commercially strong
