We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee a large-scale, multi-outlet food operation.

This role focuses on building structure, ensuring consistent execution, and driving operational performance across high-volume food services.

You will be responsible for aligning culinary delivery with business objectives while leading a team in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement culinary strategy across multiple service formats
• Oversee high-volume food production and multi-outlet operations
• Build scalable systems for consistency, efficiency, and quality
• Lead, structure, and develop a large culinary team
• Manage food cost, waste, and operational performance targets
• Ensure strong execution during peak and varied service periods
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams on planning and delivery

Candidate’s profile

• Strong experience in high-volume or multi-site food operations
• Proven leadership of large kitchen teams
• Solid understanding of cost control and operational efficiency
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, structured environments
• Strong focus on operational consistency and service quality
• Experience in international hotel or branded hospitality environments
• Exposure to large-scale food operations and structured kitchen systems
• Hands-on, operationally strong with a practical approach to execution
