Job title: Room Service Waiter – 5-Star Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Room Service Waiter to deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences at our renowned 5-star property.

In this role, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally
• Set up and present in-room dining with meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and provide recommendations
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with warmth and efficiency
• Ensure all service equipment, trays, and presentation meet luxury standards
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and room service teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in room service or fine dining
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Physical ability to carry trays and service equipment
