Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €33,000-€35,000 gross per year

We are seeking a Hotel Storekeeper to join our hospitality team.

The hotel delivers exceptional guest experiences, and the storekeeper role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations through efficient inventory and supply management.

This position requires strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to maintain optimal stock levels while supporting all hotel departments with their supply needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control inventory of all hotel supplies and equipment

Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and verify deliveries

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of all items

Distribute supplies to departments according to requirements

Monitor stock levels and anticipate demand to prevent shortages

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting

Implement cost-control measures and minimize waste

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience as a storekeeper, preferably in hospitality

Strong organizational and inventory management skills

Familiarity with stock control systems and inventory software

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Fluency in English and Dutch (at least B1).
