We're partnered with a fun, fast-growing Quick Service franchise group looking for an energetic Shift Manager to join one of their St.

Louis locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and being part of a brand that's growing quickly.

With multiple new store openings planned, there are genuine opportunities to progress into a Store Manager role.

We're looking for positive leaders who love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to grow their careers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
• Coaching and developing team members while leading by example
• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Monitoring labour, productivity, and shift performance
• Helping with inventory, stock levels, and daily operational tasks
• Creating a fun, positive, and high-energy work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous Shift Manager or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience within a Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant
• Hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for coaching and developing team members
• Someone looking to build a long-term career with a growing group
