Golf Business Development Director

Location: Hungary / International Travel

Are you well connected within the international golf industry and know how to turn relationships into business? This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium golf and leisure destination internationally and play a key role in driving its commercial growth.

This is not a traditional golf operations role.

The focus is on business development, networking, partnerships, and bringing new international business to the property.

The Role

• Develop new business through international golf groups, tour operators, clubs, corporate partners, and events
• Build and maintain a strong network across the international golf industry
• Identify new commercial opportunities and develop long-term partnerships
• Represent the property at international golf events, tournaments, trade shows, and industry meetings
• Develop relationships with golf clubs, travel partners, and corporate clients
• Work closely with the wider team to create attractive golf packages and experiences
• Track and grow revenue generated through your network and partnerships

About You

• Strong network within the international golf industry
• Proven experience in golf business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar commercial role
• Existing relationships with golf clubs, tour operators, corporate clients, or other relevant industry partners
• Commercially driven with a strong ability to generate new business
• Confident representing a luxury golf destination internationally
• Willing and able to travel regularly
• Fluent English

The role can be structured as either an employment position or consultancy opportunity, depending on the candidate's experience and existing network. 

Salary: €50,000 – 60,000 + commissions
