General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Salary: Hourly; equivalent to ~$80,000 + Bonus

We're partnered with a franchisee Quick Service restaurant brand looking for a General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations in Jefferson, Missouri.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture, and delivering consistent operational excellence.

The role is paid hourly, averaging 50 hours per week, with monthly bonus opportunities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the operation, leads from the front, and takes pride in building successful teams and operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational consistency
• Managing scheduling, labour, food costs, inventory, and daily financial performance
• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained
• Monitoring operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience within a Quick Service restaurant
• Hands-on experience working with fryer-based operations is required
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
• Strong operational and financial understanding of restaurant management
• Passion for hospitality, consistency, and creating a great workplace culture
