COREcruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Amsterdam team.

If you have agency recruitment experience, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by winning business, making placements and earning uncapped commission, this could be your next move.

You’ll join an international recruitment business with a strong presence across multiple markets and a team that values ambition, collaboration and having fun along the way.

What we’re looking for

You’re ambitious, commercially minded and enjoy making things happen.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Experience within hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantage
• A natural ability to build relationships and communicate with people
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your own desk
• Strong business development skills, including generating leads and winning new clients
• Confidence negotiating contracts and developing client relationships
• The ability to manage a large existing database while handling a high volume of applications and enquiries
• A genuine drive to build a successful recruitment career
