We’re partnered with an exciting hospitality group with locations across the multiple States with different concepts.

We are working with them to help find a strong General Manager to overlook one of their elevated dining concepts in Atlants!

This is a unique opportunity to lead upscale dining and elevated cocktails to a lively restaurant.

You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day operations across restaurant
• Oversee and develop a large, diverse hospitality team
• Drive guest experience, service standards, and overall performance
• Manage scheduling, labor, financials, inventory, and operational controls
• Work closely with culinary and beverage leadership
• Maintain consistency while allowing each concept to have its own identity
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest loyalty across the property

What We’re Looking For

• Strong General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
• Experience managing high-volume, full-service hospitality operations
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills
• Confident, energetic presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
