I am seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to oversee the guest-facing operations of a luxury hospitality environment.

This role is ideal for a polished, confident, and service-driven professional who is accustomed to working with high-profile VIP guests and delivering discreet, personalised service at the highest level.

The successful candidate will combine strong reception and guest services experience with an understanding of food and beverage operations.

You will act as a visible ambassador for the venue, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless, professional, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

A consistently high standard of personal presentation is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily front of house and guest-facing operations.
• Deliver highly personalised, discreet, and professional service to VIP guests.
• Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and departure experience.
• Manage guest requests, special arrangements, complaints, and service recovery with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with reception, security, and management teams.
• Maintain a strong presence throughout the guest areas and ensure the highest service standards are consistently achieved.
• Support reception operations, including guest communication, booking information, payments, and administrative procedures.
• Assist with food and beverage service when required and ensure coordination between front of house and F&B teams.
• Train, coach, and guide team members in service standards, guest interaction, personal presentation, and operational procedures.
• Lead by example and create a positive, professional, and service-focused team culture.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and bespoke guest requests.
• Ensure that the property’s presentation, atmosphere, and service delivery remain consistently aligned with luxury standards.
• Prepare handovers, reports, and operational updates for senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a Front of House Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Reception Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar role.
• Professional experience working in luxury hotels, private residences, premium venues, or other high-VIP environments.
• Strong background in reception and guest services.
• Practical understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing hospitality staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Naturally polished, composed, and confident when dealing with demanding or high-profile guests.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional approach at all times.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on working style.
• Ability to remain calm, discreet, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Valid driving licence and confidence driving as part of the role, where necessary.
