Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily restaurant operations to guarantee seamless and efficient service.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of supervisors and staff members.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop employees to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Track and control labour, food, and operational expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering procedures, and stock management.
• Evaluate business performance and execute strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, upkeep, and brand standards at all times.
• Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and energetic work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of food safety and operational compliance requirements.
