Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Media, SEO & AEO

A Digital Marketing Executive is sought to join an innovative technology and engineering business in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, supporting the continued growth of its digital marketing, paid media and online lead generation activity.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, you will be responsible for supporting paid advertising campaigns, SEO, AEO, website optimisation and digital lead generation within a global B2B environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer with strong Google Ads/PPC experience who enjoys working with both performance data and content.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.


• Analyse campaign performance, including conversions, cost per lead, keywords, budgets and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve results.


• Support SEO and AEO activity to improve search visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-led platforms.


• Create and optimise landing pages, website content and digital campaigns to increase qualified online enquiries.

Key skills & experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads/PPC and paid advertising campaigns is essential.


• Paid advertising experience.


• Good understanding of SEO, website optimisation and digital lead generation.


• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads or B2B/technical marketing would be advantageous.
