Executive Chef

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Chef to lead a professional kitchen operation.

This is a senior leadership position for a chef who can combine strong culinary expertise with effective team leadership, commercial awareness and a commitment to consistently high standards.

Key responsibilities:

  Leading and managing the kitchen team

  Overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operation

• 
  

  Developing and maintaining high culinary standards

• 
  

  Planning menus and ensuring consistent food quality

• 
  

  Managing food costs, stock and wastage

• 
  

  Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• 
  

  Recruiting, training and developing kitchen team members

• 
  

  Working closely with other departments to deliver an excellent guest experience

What we’re looking for:

  Significant experience in a senior chef or Executive Chef position

• 
  

  Strong leadership and team-management skills

• 
  

  Excellent knowledge of food preparation and culinary standards

• 
  

  Commercial awareness and experience managing food costs

• 
  

  Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene

  Ability to lead a busy kitchen operation
