We’re partnered with an established restaurant group looking for a General Manager to lead one of their full-service concepts in Washington, DC.

This is a great opportunity for a strong restaurant operator who enjoys working with a broad range of clientele and thrives in an operation with strong systems, processes, and support behind them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy full-service restaurant
• Maintain and execute established systems, processes, and service standards
• Oversee sales, labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant financials
• Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent
• Work closely with culinary and restaurant leadership
• Maintain high standards around service, hospitality, and operational execution
• Build relationships with guests and create a strong local following
• Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers on group standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
• Strong full-service restaurant background
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor, and operations
• Comfortable working with a wide variety of guests and clientele
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who can follow established systems while still bringing their own leadership style
