We’re partnered with a premier sports and entertainment venue near Fort Lauderdale looking for an experienced Director of Suites to lead their premium hospitality operation.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the full suites department, from service and staffing to guest experience, revenue, and event execution.

You’ll be leading a high-volume operation where luxury hospitality, attention to detail, and flawless execution are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the full suites team, including managers and frontline staff
• Lead staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Partner with culinary, beverage, and event teams to create exceptional guest experiences
• Build strong relationships with suite holders, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
• Drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and overall suite performance
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labor, and operational KPIs
• Lead event execution across major sporting events, concerts, and special events
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven progressive food & beverage or hospitality management experience
• MUST have premium/luxury hospitality experience
• Experience within a stadium, arena, large-scale event venue, hotel, or similar environment
• Strong understanding of high-end guest experience and service
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
• Comfortable managing large-scale, high-volume events
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, alcohol regulations, and compliance
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules
