We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume airport operation in Washington, DC.

This is a fast-paced environment with significant daily foot traffic, requiring a strong operator who can lead a team, maintain service standards, and keep the operation running smoothly during peak periods.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume airport foodservice operation
• Manage, coach, and develop the onsite team
• Drive exceptional service and guest experience in a fast-paced environment
• Manage high volumes of guests and transactions while maintaining standards
• Oversee labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Recruit, train, and retain a strong team
• Maintain consistent operational and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager or senior foodservice leadership experience
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred
• Experience in high-volume environments with significant foot traffic
• Strong understanding of labor, financials, and operational KPIs
• Strong food safety and compliance knowledge
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required airport security clearance
