Beverage Director

Location: Aspen, CO & Montauk, NY — On-site at both locations
Compensation: $120,000+ depending on experience
Package: Housing provided; bonus opportunity may be considered

I’m hiring on behalf of a luxury hospitality and entertainment group seeking an experienced Beverage Director to oversee and develop its beverage operations across Aspen and Montauk.

This is a hands-on leadership role covering restaurants, bars, events, nightlife and bottle service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end nightlife and bottle service, with the ability to drive beverage revenue while maintaining excellent operational and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead beverage operations across restaurants, bars, events, nightlife and activations.
• Develop creative cocktail and beverage programs aligned with the brand and guest experience.
• Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, inventory, beverage COGS and profitability.
• Manage pricing, margins, cost controls and financial reporting.
• Recruit, train and develop bartenders, barbacks and beverage teams.
• Maintain high standards for beverage quality, service and presentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Culinary and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee VIP experiences, bottle service and nightlife programming.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate weekly and month-end inventory and reporting.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Beverage Director or senior beverage leadership experience.
• Strong nightlife and bottle service experience required.
• Background in luxury restaurants, hospitality, clubs or high-volume entertainment venues.
• Strong understanding of beverage cost control, purchasing and inventory management.
• Commercially minded, highly organized and hands-on.
• Comfortable working across seasonal Aspen and Montauk operations.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
