An opportunity has arisen for a BIM Coordinator / BIM Technician to join an established architectural practice specialising in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, transport, datacentre and commercial projects, with expertise across architecture, BIM and masterplanning.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £50,000 and benefits.

We are seeking two candidates, 1x Junior coordinator and 1x Mid-level coordinator



* Mid-level Coordinator: You will coordinate BIM models, maintain technical standards and support project teams with model quality, information management and best practice.


* Junior Coordinator: You will support BIM delivery, model coordination and information quality under the guidance of senior colleagues.


Junior candidates with limited BIM experience but good construction knowledge will also be considered.

Salary Details:



* Mid-level Coordinator: £45,000 - £50,000


* Junior Coordinator: £30,000 - £35,000


The candidates from the following background will be considered:



* BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician, Revit Coordinator, Revit Technician, BIM Modeller, BIM Specialist, Junior BIM Coordinator, Assistant BIM Coordinator, Junior BIM Technician, CAD Technician, BIM Design Coordinator, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, BIM Engineer, BIM Manager, Assistant BIM Manager or in a similar role.


What we are looking for:

For Mid-level:



* Approx.

3-5 years' experience in a CAD and BIM coordination role within practice.


* RIBA Part 1, ARB/RIBA Part 1 equivalent, or CIAT-accredited Architectural Technology degree.


* Solid understanding of the architectural process and technical delivery.


* Expert knowledge of BIM technologies, processes and software, particularly Revit.


* Experience delivering BIM training and supporting teams.


* Confidence managing BIM projects, including resources, budgets and programmes.


* Experience integrating COBie, Uniclass and specification metadata within models.


* Strong understanding of statutory requirements, quality management, health and safety and duty of care.


* Hands-on experience with coordination, federation, audits and clash detection.


For Junior:



* Approx.

2 years' experience in a CAD, Revit or BIM-focused role within practice, including relevant placement or postgraduate experience.


* RIBA Part 1, ARB/RIBA Part 1 equivalent, or CIAT-accredited Architectural Technology degree.


* Good understanding of the architectural process and technical delivery.


* Working knowledge of BIM technologies, processes and software, particularly Revit.


* Understanding of model coordination, federation, audits and clash detection.


* Familiarity with COBie, Uniclass and specification metadata, or willingness to develop knowledge in these areas.


* Awareness of statutory requirements, quality management, health and safety and duty of care.
