A well-established care provider is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support the running of a residential care home in Wirral.

Set within a beautiful period property surrounded by landscaped gardens, this welcoming home offers a comfortable environment with dedicated dementia care facilities, spacious lounges and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and make a real difference to residents’ lives.

This role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Team Leader looking to progress their career within residential care.

About You

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Team Leader within a residential care home is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Strong leadership skills within a healthcare setting
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
