Are you an experienced clinical Deputy Home Manager looking for your next opportunity?

A well-established care provider is seeking a strong Deputy Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a welcoming care home near Bridlington.

The purpose-built home offers extensive accessible gardens and provides residential, nursing, dementia and respite care, just a short distance from Bridlington town centre and the coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to lead and support staff, maintain high standards of clinical care and help residents enjoy a fulfilling, person-centred lifestyle.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
