Are you an experienced Deputy Home Manager ready for a new challenge?

A well-established care provider is seeking a strong Deputy Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a welcoming care home in Hull.

The home provides residential, nursing and dementia care in a comfortable setting, with dedicated facilities designed to support residents' individual needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to support and develop staff, maintain high standards of clinical care and help deliver a positive, person-centred experience for residents.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
