A well-established care provider is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support the running of a modern care home in Edinburgh.

The home offers contemporary facilities, bright and spacious communal areas, comfortable bedrooms and a welcoming environment designed to support residents' comfort, dignity and independence.

The role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager or Team Leader looking to progress their career within a care home setting.

About You

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Team Leader within a residential care home is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Strong leadership skills within a healthcare setting
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
