General Manager, Café Pub, West London, £45K, Sundays off!!!

We’re looking for an outstanding General Manager to take the helm of a brand-new café pub in West London.

This is a rare chance to shape a site from the very beginning.

The foundations are in place, the doors are open and the neighbourhood is discovering them.

You’ll bring the leadership to turn a promising launch into a thriving local favourite.

The role

• Lead and inspire a close-knit team
• Run a busy café-by-day, pub-by-night operation, trading 8am to 10pm
• Drive sales towards the weekly target and beyond
• Set the standard for service, atmosphere and consistency
• Manage rotas, stock, margins and compliance with confidence
• Work alongside an established Assistant Manager who is already in place and keen to support you

About you

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a pub environment
• A natural, visible leader who builds loyal, motivated teams
• Commercially minded, with a track record of growing sales and controlling costs
• Solid knowledge of licensing, cellar management and pub compliance
• Calm under pressure and hands-on
• Experience with a new opening is a bonus, but not essential
