Location: Dumfries

Hours: 9-5

A well-established care provider is seeking a confident Deputy Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a welcoming care home on the outskirts of Dumfries.

The home offers a comfortable, purpose-built environment with landscaped gardens, a conservatory and dedicated dementia care facilities, alongside residential, nursing and respite care.

With convenient bus links to Dumfries town centre and the beautiful Solway Coast just a short drive away, it offers an attractive setting for both residents and staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong clinical background and care home management experience to support and develop the team, maintain high standards of care and help deliver outstanding, person-centred support.

About You

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
