Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, Remote, Up to £50k + Bonus

I am super excited to be working with a unique events venue based in the Midlands who deliver incredible events from corporate parties and gala dinners to weddings and private events.

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team, responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities and creating innovative and creative ways to market the space to drive venue awareness.

Responsibilities :

• Generating leads, proactively identify and secure new business
• Create and implement a focused and detailed sales and marketing plan
• Nurture client accounts to ensure repeat business
• Attend exhibitions and networking events and be an ambassador for the business
• Establish and develop strong relationships with key clients as well as agents
• Stay up to date with industry trends and undertake competitor analysis
• Record and report on sales activity accurately

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales and marketing experience from a venue background
• Commercially aware with a good knowledge of the events industry
• Self-motivated, hungry, with a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Well presented with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach
